• Online registration as a doctoral candidate in the SPUR campus portal
  Before registering at the faculty, you must register via the campus portal. Your personal data will be recorded there.
• Information on the processing of personal data in the context of a doctoral procedure at the University of Regensburg (PDF)
• Application for acceptance as a doctoral candidate (DOCX)
  Once the doctoral candidate has agreed on the topic with the supervisor, he/she must submit the "Application for acceptance as a doctoral candidate" to the faculty administration.
• Supervision agreement (DOCX)
  The "Application for Acceptance as a Doctoral Candidate" must be accompanied by a supervision agreement.
• Application for admission to the doctoral procedure (DOCX)
  After the doctoral candidate has completed the dissertation, he/she can submit the "Application for admission to the doctoral procedure" to the faculty administration.
• Joint declaration of the co-authors on author shares (DOCX)
  If the doctoral candidate is doing a cumulative doctorate, a declaration of co-authorship must be attached to the "Application for admission to the doctoral procedure".
• Affidavit (DOCX)
  Please bring completed but not yet signed to the appointment.
