Timetable for the study programme
Our Time Planner shows you the rough steps on the way to your degree programme.
If you would like to start studying at the University of Regensburg, it is worth starting your planning early. You can explore your interests, attend university information days and gain initial insights into possible degree programmes as early as the sixth form. This orientation will help you to make an informed decision.
From spring onwards, you should find out about application deadlines and possible aptitude tests. July 15 is a key deadline, especially for degree programmes with restricted admissions - the deadline for students who have already completed their A-levels is May 31 via hochschulstart.de (external link, opens in a new window). Many aptitude tests also take place between April and September, for which you should register in good time.
Enrolment follows the application in late summer. During this phase, you can also register for preparatory courses that will make it easier for you to start your degree programme. The start of studies in October begins with an orientation phase, during which you draw up your timetable and familiarise yourself with campus life.
