Meeting dates
Meetings of the non-medical chamber of the Regensburg Ethics Committee usually take place once a month. However, due to the varying number of applications, there are no fixed meeting dates and therefore no upload deadlines. Normally, you can expect a processing time of around four weeks for your application.

Once you have successfully registered, you can create and submit new applications in Ethikpool. If you have any questions or need help, please do not hesitate to contact us (opens your email program).
Templates and checklists
Here you can download templates of the documents required for your application. The protocol templates can also be downloaded from Ethikpool during the application process. You then submit the completed documents to us via Ethikpool (please choose “Berufsrechtliche Beratung” - “Nicht-medizinische Forschung”).

Amendments
You can create amendments for ongoing studies in your study folder in Ethikpool. Please only submit the documents for which changes have been made. Please make sure that the changes to the previous version can easily be identified (e.g. tracked-changes).
