Tasks
Prof. Dr Ursula Regener has been vice-president for internationalization and diversity since 2020. Her tasks are
- developing and implementing an internationalisation concept for the University of Regensburg
- structuring the international partnerships of the University of Regensburg
- the promotion of society diversification and diversity on campus
About Prof Dr Ursula Regener
Ursula Regener (born 1961) holds the Chair of Modern German Literature 1. She studied German language and literature, fundamental philosophical issues in theology and musicology at the Westf?lische Wilhelms-Universit?t in Münster. After completing her doctorate there, she worked at the University of Augsburg until 2004. She completed her habilitation there in 1999 with a research project on Joseph von Eichendorff's poetry. A Heisenberg Fellow in the meantime, she was appointed full professor of German language and literature/new German literature at the University of Regensburg in 2004. Ursula Regener was Dean of Studies in the Faculty of Languages, Literature, and Cultures from 2010-2015, a member of the Study and Teaching Working Group from 2012-2016 and an advisory member of the university leadership as University Women's Representative from 2017-2020. Prof. Dr Ursula Regener has been vice-president for internationalisation and diversity since 1 April 2020.
