We are excited to announce our latest research project: biofoilX!
Starting in October 2023, we will set out to tackle the many challenges in membrane protein sample preparation for cryo-electron microscopy. Characterizing and understanding the manifold, destructive surface interactions between membrane proteins, sample support and air-water-interface will enable us to develop innovative strategies to overcome these hurdles.
