Credit transfers and letters of recommendation

Information on the recognition of achievements can be found on the homepage of the International Office.

The Chair of Production Management supports your application for a scholarship, study abroad, and admission to study programs with a reference letter.
Please send us the following information and documents via e-mail to produktionsmanagement​(at)​ur.de (opens your email program), indicating the requirements for the reference letter and your particular suitability for the application in question.

• Full name, student ID number
• Name of the institution or university and contact person, if applicable
• Name of the scholarship program/course of study
• Application deadline
• Description of the formal requirements for the reference letter, e.g. language and length, if applicable, questionnaires and templates or links for submitting the reference letter
• Letter of motivation (300 words)
• Current curriculum vitae
• List of courses attended at the Chair of Production Management
• Transcripts and current transcript of grades

Please note that we need to receive your request at least four weeks before the relevant application deadline. This four-week period is necessary to successfully coordinate your application internally and to write a qualified reference letter.
