Research interests
Research at the professorship focuses on public law in its transregional manifestations.
Transregional developments of norms, i.e. phenomena spanning more than one region, are analysed from an interdisciplinary and comparative perspective. Within this perspective, particular attention is paid to the following areas of law:
- national, European and international environmental and climate protection law
- public commercial and business law
- constitutional law
