Andreas M. Hilger studierte Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt International Management (B.Sc.) an der WFI-Ingolstadt School of Management der Katholischen Universit?t Eichst?tt-Ingolstadt. Dauraufhin absolvierte er ein Masterstudium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre (M.Sc.) ebenfalls an der WFI-Ingolstadt School of Management und der der Universidad CEU San Pablo in Madrid. Daraufhin schloss er seine Promotion zum Thema "The Internationalization of Central and Eastern European Companies: Market Entry Strategies and Human Resource Management" an der Universit?t Regensburg mit summa cum laude ab.
W?hrend dieser Zeit sammelte er praktische Erfahrung in strategischen Bereichen von multinationalen Konzernen wie der ARAG SE und der BMW Group.
Seit August 2017 ist Andreas M. Hilger als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter am Lehrstuhl für Betriebswirtschaftslehre, insbesondere Führung und Organisation von Prof. Dr. Thomas Steger an der Universit?t Regensburg besch?ftigt. Seit 2023 unterstützt er den Lehrstuhl als Post-Doc.
