Orientation Course
The orientation course is for students who do not have time to attend the intensive language course, i.e. who only arrive in Regensburg shortly before the start of lectures, or whose German is advanced enough to follow lectures in German. Participation in the course is compulsory.
The course is offered in both languages: English and German and is free of charge.
The course offers general orientation, an introduction to regional studies, information on studying at the University of Regensburg such as course selection, class schedule, support with necessary formalities as well as guided tours of the city and campus. In contrast to the intensive language course, there are no German lessons during the orientation course.
