As part of an ERASMUS+ traineeship, a traineeship agreement must be concluded in which the traineeship objectives and the most important framework conditions are set out. The agreement must be signed by the trainee, the home university and the traineeship supervisor at the University of Regensburg.
Trainees who are not coming to Regensburg as part of an ERASMUS+ traineeship (SMP) (this mainly concerns students from overseas) can obtain a template for an traineeship contract from the International Office of the University of Regensburg (opens your email program) on request.
Trainees are subject to the same rules and guidelines as students who come to Regensburg as exchange students. Please submit a written confirmation of supervision from the traineeship supervisor. The traineeship contract must be submitted with the application documents.
