Please note what applies to you:
Doctoral candidates pursuing a degree at the UR: You are completing your entire degree at the University of Regensburg.
Doctoral candidates pursuing a degree at another university: You have come to the University of Regensburg for a research stay.

International doctoral candidates can apply via the Campus Portal (the green button "Apply and Enroll as a Student").

Doctoral candidates pursuing a degree at another university
For international doctoral candidates who are not seeking a degree from the UR and are at the UR for a research stay (Visiting PhD), the application works through the Welcome Center.
